If you need a prescription refill, please contact your pharmacy. Your pharmacy will electronically submit us a request and refills will be honored based on appointment status. We will contact you if you are due for an appointment.
If you have a question on how to take your medications, please refer to the “Patient Education” packet you were given at your new patient appointment or click here to download a new packet. Most medication questions can be answered there.
